Storyline

Unknown threats take over a small county in America the town is called "Mandela county". the creatures mentioned in the series have ties to religion and use unorthodox methods to kill their victims and take their place. These creatures are called alternates and along with "something posing as the Angel Gabriel" they are the main antagonists of the series. This is a analog horror series made by Alex Kister, it started in 2021. There are currently 3 seasons, 3 main episodes and 10 smaller episodes. Volume 1 - college student Mark Heathcliff gets a call from his friend Cesar Torres regarding his Mother being in bad condition. Cesar states that he found his ( own ) mother on the ground after hearing her scream really loudly, he then asks mark if he can go to turn on some security cameras at Cesars house whilst he ( Cesar ) takes his mother to the hospital. ( spoilers ) once mark sets up the camera, he heads home and gets followed by a alternate. After awhile We find out mark had killed himself after a alternate followed him home and haunted him in hide for days on end. We then see a short police information tape on the situation. Volume 2 - two paranormal investigator ( Adam Murray and Jonah Marshall ) get paid a lot of money by a anonymous person on their found they have to go check out a mysterious ghost cat at a house in Mandela county, they stay there for multiple days setting up cameras and watching over the feed. ( spoilers ) then Adam hears a noise from the basement and goes to check it out, Adam and Jonah argue because Jonah is worried what they might find in there, Adam tells him to leave and he goes into the basement, Jonah drives away as Adam finds that the cat was a set up. Volume 3 - two police offers ( lieutenant thatcher Davis and Ruth weaver ) are told to go to the house of formally mentioned college student Mark heathcliff, after his principal mentions that he hasn't been to school in multiple days, ( Spoilers ) they then find him dead with his gun in his bed and find a mystique notebook and camera. then after that they have to check out the house of a women who killed herself after her infant went missing, ( this same women shows up in the sub episode called "intruder alert" ) they then encounter a alternate, we get to see what these creatures actually are for the first time ( they are terrifying ). We also find out That Marks friend Cesar was a intact alternate in the 1st volume. And presumably the one that got mark killed.
