Storyline

Series which examines what most motivates men - the fear of punishment or the anticipation of reward. Twelve young men are divided into two groups, the Carrot team being encouraged and rewarded as they achieve their objectives, while the Sticks face the constant threat of punishment for failure. The first competitive test involves transporting a 40lb log in a race over a tough assault course.
