Storyline

Not Based on the Danish/Swedish TV series of the same name, it concerns street cop Frank Leo as union head of the Toronto police, and his attempts to clean up the force from the ground up.in the face of much opposition from his superiors and the political establisment. There was a lot of controversy about the role of Toronto, originally proudly Canadian but later made more general purpose North American to suit the perceived US market. A cop procedural with a difference, it's seen from the eyes of the union rep rather than the detective team.
