From hundreds of hopefuls, the judges choose 12 finalists and ultimately crown one winner who will receive guaranteed representation from a top-tier Los Angeles talent agency, four nights at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood, thousands of dollars in spending cash and a starring role on TV.
