Storyline

The series is set for 1985 in the fictional Swedish community Braxinge where the newly created tradition "The big sausage party" should once and for all put the village on the map. Here we meet Barbro, 58, who feels lost and dreams of a revival in his marriage. The daughter Åsa dreams of hot days and Greeks in Corfu and fifteen-year-old Lena longs for her upcoming language trip to England. But when all their plans suddenly crash, a whole new summer awaits.
