Storyline

Carla is real bad b**ch. She's been busy chasing her dreams, traveling the world, and partying with her girlfriends - a real independent woman ("throw your hands up at me!"). And then comes the virus that shuts down the world. No more dream job. No more traveling. No more ladies nights at the club. No more hook-ups with hot guys. Now she's all alone. She tries to make do with just the company of Netflix, red wine, and her vibrator, but after days (no, weeks...no, months!) of solitude, she finally hits a wall. She just can't stand to be alone anymore. She needs that human touch! And so she embarks on her journey of trying to date during a global pandemic - a time when you're not even supposed to breathe near someone else, let alone exchange bodily fluids with them. She tries the dating apps, but those guys only have one thing on their mind and don't seem to be the...smartest...options. This is a pandemic people! Where are the safe, nerdy guys? Wait, she found one! They try one of these new 'virtual dates', but the pizza delivery guy steals Carla's attention. A real, hot, man - in the flesh - right at her doorstep! Damn, it's been too long. She Zooms with her girlfriends for some advice on her love life. They ultimately approve of her going on her first in-person date. Eek! Just remember, 'no mask, no ass'! But the date doesn't exactly go as planned...After several awkward trial-and-error situations, she gives up. And of course, at that very moment, in walks her sexy, new neighbor.
