Storyline

Evan Smoak was raised to be an assassin in a totally secret government organization. From early childhood Evan was taught to kill and live in the shadows until his mentor is murdered. Now living under the radar, working freelance for people who are helpless with nowhere else to turn, Evan is a hunted man by the same organization that trained him.
