Storyline
The young scientist Paolo Morani is murdered on a floating boat on the Thames, near Hampton. Inspector Mike Ford investigates and suspect a certain Cooper, owner of the boat. Even the journalist Craven investigates the strange affair. Soon professor Henderson becomes prime suspect along with Katherine Sheldon. But the investigations get complicated and the secret service comes into play.
