About this title

Storyline

In the first episode, 'The Neighbour,' a likeable young couple moves into a new flat below a gentleman who has just murdered his wife; Argento crony Luigi Cozzi directs. The second, 'The Tram', is the only episode officially directed by Argento himself, a whodunnit set aboard a crowded tram. The third, 'Eyewitness', tells of a nice young girl who witnesses a murder only for the body and all trace of the crime to have vanished by the time she brings the police back to the scene. The fourth episode, 'The Doll', is credited to director Roberto Pariante but Argento apparently extensively re-shot it, features an escaped mental patient stalking young women through the streets of Rome. Directed by Mario Foglietti, although Luigi Cozzi directed some scenes. The last feature is a documentary on Argento produced in the late 1980s to promote 'Opera'.
