Storyline

TV series inspired by the Polish bestselling books by Grzegorz Kasdepke, a popular author of stories for children and young people. "Casperade" has received a special mention as best TV series at the Junior Co-Production Market / Cinekid Festival in Amsterdam. In 2014, the pilot episode won the two prestigious awards for the best children's film at festivals OFAFA and O! PLA. It premiered at the Annecy Animation Festival in France and screened in many countries, e.g. at the Ayjal Children Film Festival in Qatar. The production of the series is supported by the Polish Film Institute and the Creative Europe MEDIA program. Being 7 years old is not an easy task. Especially if your have to deal with a never-growing-up news editor and a meticulous animal psychiatrist who happen to be your parents. Fortunately, you can always count on your favorite super-hero who won't save your life but triggers your own imagination instead. And after all, having a family is one of the greatest things on earth! "Casparade" is the story of a family, which looks average and "normal" from the outside, but in fact celebrates craziness in everyday life. It is a warmhearted and funny TV series for kids with an optimistic message enforcing positive values.
