Storyline

From 1968 to 1985, a ruthless serial killer terrified the countryside surrounding Florence, butchering amorous young couples. These eight double murders were attributed to the man known only as the Monster of Florence. And while investigators follow up leads to nowhere and a carousel of suspects are questioned and released, one man puts his job, his life savings, even his own health at stake to find the killer. His name is Renzo Rontini, and hes Pias father, one of the last victims of the Monster. The show is based on a true story.
