Storyline

"Hey, I'm the Doorguy!" (2020) {Misfits (#1.0)} Four unknown inspiring actors move to California and couple of months later meet at a once popular casting agency in Hollywood. Realizing they maybe in over their heads and made a rash mistake, these strangers all end up by chance at a coffeehouse down the street from the casting agency where a conversation blooms between them about their struggles. Each of the misfits experiences flashbacks to those moments that give them the confidence they need to take the first steps towards a leap of faith. The lead casting assistant soon after comes in and overhears them as she does her routine coffee pickup. At that moment discovers a way to save the agency by creating a multi plan utilizing their talents and introducing them to popular nightlife venues to 1st become door guys successfully most importantly....trusting each other which will come vital to major part that awaits next. Little do they know there is more at stake in successfully pulling out this caper. With Hollywood new to them it's a whole new playing field with glitz and glamour and a side of lies and deceit. This pilot "Misfits" defines the choices they all make and what comes with it when life gets involved showing the pros and cons of the industry, and breaking into this industry giving hope to those unsung talented....it's worth the adventure!
