Storyline
During a battle against Batman and Mr. Freeze, Joe Garrison's life is changed forever. His wife is killed, and his young son is put into a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Fueled by his rage, Joe brings together a group of men to take down the Batman, who he blames for everything that's happened to him, and the once beautiful city of Gotham.
