Storyline

Ex-Frontman of daredevil "think Welsh Jackass" show Dirty Sanchez; now turned extreme athlete and vegan, hosts the BBC's first vegan cookery show. The show features the challenge of promoting vegan Ian to meat eaters and sceptics and sees Matt doing a series of challenges to do so. There is a cook book available to compliment the series.
