Storyline

As crime gradually invades the Internet, more people begin to realise that we are facing a menacing reality that is not at all virtual. In front of a completely new type of crime, the cybercrime, unaware Internet users can easily become prey risking both their physical and mental integrity. Throughout this documentary series, Flavie Flament will introduce us to the new methods used by the cybercriminals, the treacherous new modes of criminality and how to detect the elaborately hidden cybersnares laid by the nefarious online predators. By gathering the testimonies of the victims as well as their loved ones, Flavie will help the viewer to understand how criminality invades our lives through the Internet and achieves its omnipresence in a survey that will revolve around four subjects: cyber harassment, cyber prostitution, cybercrime markets and ultimately, cyber paedophilia.
