Storyline

Former adventurer Belgrieve once had hopes of fame and fortune, but when he lost his leg he had to leave those dreams behind for a simple life of guarding a village. His life is filled with activities: tending to people, driving away beasts, collecting herbs... then one day, he finds an abandoned baby and takes it in. The child, Angeline, displays fighting ability superior to his, and he sends her off into the world to become an elite adventurer.
