Storyline

In these animated versions of cartoons, the eponymous rascals, naughty street-kids in the 'Marollen', a poor but colorful quarter of Brussels, spend their time playing pranks, mainly on each-other and a fat policeman, who may never catch them, however often and hard he chases one or both of them after some mischief, while blowing his whistle and wielding his truncheon.
