About this title
Storyline
This popular British show follows the raucous adventures of the Larkin clan and the local tax collector. Ma and Pop Larkin have a large brood, living in 1950s rural England. They have six children -- eldest daughter Mariette is played by a young Catherine Zeta-Jones. Mariette entrances tax collector Cedric, and the Larkins introduce Cedric -- whom they call Charlie -- to their way of life, which he finds much more compelling than work at the office.
