Storyline

The show recreates the final two weeks before a McKinsey, BCG or Bain interview. It opens with Kevin and the candidates meeting for the first time as part of a networking coffee chat where Kevin provides guidance on their resumes. The show then jumps forward to the McKinsey closed-list dinner. From that point on the show recreates the exact style and types of interviews used by partners. the The show mirrors the entire interview process all the way from initial networking, closed-list dinners, and PEI interviews, through to the group interviews and final round interviews.
