Storyline

Eric Bischoff and Jason Hervey serve as executive producers of a reality series that goes inside the lives of the young, wild staff members of the Catalina Hotel in South Beach, a neighborhood often referred to as the playground of Miami. The fun-loving employees form a dysfunctional family unit while running the glamorous destination accommodation. In a city where the nightlife is as scorching as Florida's sun-soaked beaches, the rollicking employees often party even harder than the hotel's guests.
