Storyline

Anders Emil Våge has no fighting sport experience. Despite this, he decides to sign up for the Norwegian 2015 Beach Wrestling National Championship. With the help of his mentor - the beach wrestling veteran and Team Norway coach John Harald Foss Fjeldbu - Anders has four months to prepare for the championship. John Harald takes him to train with many of Norway's best athletes in various beach wrestling related sports - judo, Greco-Roman wrestling, viking wrestling, sumo wrestling, American football, mixed martial arts, and more. But will it be enough to get Anders ready and fit for fight?
