Storyline

While on foot patrol as punishment for reckless driving, disobeying orders and personality conflicts, NYPD Detective Caitlyn "Cat" Sullivan meets cabdriver Leo Romba, a French African from Marseille. When she realizes he lied on his immigration forms, Cat decides to take advantage of the situation and offers him a deal: She will help with his immigration problem if he will drive her around the city.
