Storyline

300km. 30 days. Wilderness. Fabio Schäfer and Otto Karasch face these numbers in the first season of the outdoor series “Survival Squad”. The two protagonists push themselves to their mental and physical limits to cover a distance of 300 km within 30 days without food supplies in the beautiful and at least as dangerous Canadian wilderness. The two each carry over 30 kg of equipment with them, which literally makes their journey through rivers, over mountains and past numerous animal dangers massively “difficult”. Fabio and Otto are on their own because help could only reach them after 24 hours at the earliest...
