Shortcutz Amsterdam Annual Awards

Storyline

Every year at the ShortCutz Amsterdam Annual Awards recognized film personalities are invited to award and inspire new filmmakers to create more and better movies. During the ceremony filmmakers are awarded prizes in several categories, including: Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Documentary, Best Animation and Best Experimental. Winners are chosen by a special jury composed of the best talent from various film disciplines. This years jury consisted of actor Rutger Hauer, actress Sigrid ten Napel, actor Vincent van Ommen, director Roel Reiné, actress Willeke van Ammelrooy, producer Jan Harlan, director Eddy Terstall, director Pieter Kuijpers, producer Claire van Daal, Harmen Jalvingh, Marina Blok, René Wolf and Laser 3.14.
