Storyline
While on holiday with her employer, a shy young woman falls in love with wealthy widower Maxime De Winter. She is surprised and overjoyed when this handsome brooding gentleman asks her to be his wife. But the whirlwind romance crumbles around her after they return to his seaside mansion, which is still filled with the memories of Rebecca, his first wife.
