Joey and his friends have graduated from high school in the small town of Proper, USA. Shila Hicks has arrived in town, followed by her mother Fancy Hicks. Mildred Dean Crawford is ailing and her daughter, Blanche Crawford Sorrento, has a plan. Someone is missing in Proper. Someone is watching the youth of Proper.
