Storyline

In the year 1911, during the Meiji period, a massive fire breaks out engulfing the entire city of Yoshiwara. As the panicked citizens try to escape the raging flames, a beam of light emits from the heavens as a stunning goddess descends. She extinguishes the flames and takes the shape of a naked woman, with light hair and dark skin. The deity known as Douma, erects a divine tower for the citizens to take shelter, who promptly worship her as their goddess of life and fertility. Several years after the miracle occurred and the Heaven Tower was erected, Neo-Yoshiwara flourished under her blessing. Due to her power, the politicians, military and the nation's elite, are at Douma's mercy. Allowing her to control all of Japan from the shadows. Despite her plans coming to fruition, Douma still fears the rival who is prophesied to oppose and stop her reign, and thus she creates an army of demons from her own hair to seek them out. The reclusive Abe Seimei boastfully declares her opposition to Douma. A beautiful woman with striking red eyes and gray hair, Seimei is a priestess of divination, an astrologer and a yin-yang master. The young and handsome detective, Miyamoto Hiromasa and four other minor goddesses join the fray as they choose to face destiny and fight Douma's corrupting influence over the nation of Japan. In another part of Japan, a businessman walks the streets as he is approached by a seductive pale skinned prostitute who offers her services. They make way to the nearest forest and have sexual intercourse. The woman rides the man and as they both reach orgasm, the woman suddenly shoots spider silk from her crotch and breasts which engulf the unsuspecting man's neck. Seimei then summons the dragon goddess Seiryuu, and turtle goddess Genbu to assist her. Seiryuu uses her divine whip to hamstring the spider demon and kicks her in the head, pinning her down while Genbu finishes her off with her divine mallet, piercing her through the genitals. After defeating the spider demon and saving the man, Miyamoto checks up on Seimei who suddenly falls unconscious. It is soon discovered that Seimei was grazed by the spider demon, which allowed Douma to afflict Seimei with heightened and uncontrollable sexual urges. Suzaku warns against such reckless action but Genbu interjects and agrees with Seiryuu's plan. As Suzaku attempts to dissuade them from going, Seiryuu refuses to listen, being fed up and teleports away with Genbu joining her soon after. With only Byakko remaining, Suzaku asserts the other two goddesses will surely fail and thus their only course of action is to stay by the barrier and pray for Seimei's life. Byakko begrudgingly agrees and watches on while Miyamoto thrusts once more into Seimei as they continue to fornicate. Alerted by the shifting energies, Douma activates defensive barricades and shields around the tower, having anticipated the other goddesses to intervene directly. Incapable of passing through the impenetrable defenses, Seiryuu and Genbu decide to go through the undefended front door and burst inside, pushing through hundreds of Douma's demonic army. While making their way up the tower, Seiryuu detects her body heating up the closer they get to the source. Back at the energy circle room containing the barrier, Suzaku observes as the dragon and turtle tapestries start to tear apart, suggesting that Seiryuu and Genbu have likely been intercepted and captured by Douma's demonic forces. Alarmed by this turn of events, Byakko begins to pray for everyone's safety. Unable to stand idly by and bare witness to more of Miyamoto and Seimei's obscene lovemaking, Byakko apologizes to Suzaku before teleporting to the Heaven Tower to join in with Seiryuu's and Genbu's efforts of stopping Douma directly. Captured by Douma's demons and incapacitated, Genbu begs them to stop as the demons melt their corruption on top of her. Nearby, a paralyzed Seiryuu is licked all over her body by a group of demons. The demons proceed to shove their tongues into Genbu and Seiryuu's orifices. Douma's face appears before the captured goddesses, mockingly pointing out how they've been weakened from giving their life energy to help Seimei and Miyamoto and that they should give up. Douma then vanishes along with her demons. Seiryuu and Genbu lay helpless and crippled, bracing themselves for whatever comes when a giant demon rises from the ground and begins oozing yellow substance all over their bodies. The army of demons reappears to tear away at their clothes, leaving them fully exposed. A pair of large eyed tentacles grow from the giant demon and penetrate the goddesses genitals, causing their stomachs to bulge from the inside. The crowd of demons join in and shove their tongues inside Seiryuu's and Genbu's genitals and mouths as they pump their corruption inside them. Suzaku wonders if she too must join and fight Douma directly given the dire situation becoming hopeless by the minute. Quickly deducing they've been possessed and corrupted, Byakko warns them to stay back as she doesn't want to fight but Genbu and Seiryuu insist on having their fun with her as they insert their divine weapons inside their genitals and prepare to assault her. Managing to escape the possessed goddesses, Byakko quickly makes way up the tower while fending off countless demons with her divine staff. As Byakko reaches an illusory floor, she is attacked by Genbu and Seiryuu who swiftly restrain her with their divine weapons. Bound by the divine dragon whip, Byakko is undressed by the divine turtle mallet, both of which lick her nipples and genitals. The tower shakes to its foundations, giving Byakko a small window of opportunity to escape. But before Byakko can advance on Douma, she is once again assailed and restrained. From within the dark corruption emerge Seiryuu and Genbu, now melded together, appearing to have partially survived Suzaku's explosion. The melded Seiryuu/Genbu flies toward Byakko and caresses her breasts, causing them to increase in size. Seimei commands Byakko to focus all her energy into her divine staff, empowering it one final time as it expands in size, striking Seiryuu/Genbu as it flies through the remaining floors of the tower, ultimately piercing the top floor and pushing Douma out on the roof. At the roof of the tower, Seimei materializes from Byakko's divine staff as a deity herself and rouses the knocked out Douma awake. Douma seems puzzled, stating that Seimei intentionally put herself under her spell willingly. Seimei clarifies that she had to sacrifice a great deal to accomplish this monumental task, she then calls for a truce and for them to become one entity in order to put their hearts at harmony. Douma is unconvinced, when suddenly Seimei's fox coat comes alive and changes shape, revealing it to be a fox spirit as it slinks toward Douma, nuzzling at her groin and her breasts. Douma seems powerless as the fox spirit licks her neck, Seimei then lays beside Douma, kissing her on the lips and fingers her genitals, noting that Douma is still a virgin.
