Storyline

In the remote town of Nejdek, a group of quirky friends live their routine lives and slowly begin to lose their ambition, youthful energy and health. During their meetings, Horst, Fery, Hugo, Pucma and Vladena regularly nostalgically return to the golden days of the 1990s, when their team won the national handball championship. In a sport that is a bit of a forgotten cousin of international handball. The lazy athletes will be pulled out of the grey of everyday life by an invitation to the first veterans' club championship in national handball in Slovakia. There is no time to waste, homesteading and comfort must go by the wayside.
