Storyline

South Florida is a surging real estate market with many high-end sites. When they hit the market, Miami's top agents work to help them sell. Power broker Chad Carroll -- known in the industry as the King of Closing -- combines selling Miami's lifestyle along with multimillion-dollar properties in his portfolio. Veteran broker Chris Leavitt, whose sales exceeded $120 million in 2013 alone, sealed the deal on a $34 million condominium, then the largest such sale in the state's history. Perfectionist Samantha DeBianchi quickly rose to the top of the pack via outside-the-box thinking and skilled negotiation. Things get heated between brokers as they try to outshine the competition with the next big listing.
