Storyline

Manchali follows a story of two cousins, Ambreen (Rabab Hashim) and Afsheen (Zainab Jameel) who are polar opposites in nature but promises to help each other through thick and thin. Ambreen is often disliked by her family because of her exuberant and outspoken nature while Afsheen is an innocent and kind hearted girl who is in love with her next door neighbour Arham. Arham lives with his mother, Surya Begum and sister, Seema. Arham convinces his mother to ask for Afsheen's hand in marriage however Ambreen misbehaves with Suriya Begum. This leads to complications in Arham and Afsheen's life. For the sake of Afsheen, Ambreen apologizes to Suriya Begum and meets Moonis at their house. Moonis falls in love with Ambreen at the first sight but Surriya Begum wants Moonis to marry her daughter Seema. To avoid further complications between Arham and Afsheen's relationship, Ambreen is afraid to reciprocate her feelings for Moonis. Upon knowing about Moonis's interest, Surya Begum plans on getting rid of Afsheen and Ambreen. Suriya Begum along with Arham's cousin Kashif tries to harrass Afsheen which leads to lack of trust between Arham and his wife. Arham begins to doubt about Afsheen's whereabouts and Afsheen faces a hard time making Arham realize her situation. On the other hand, Moonis and Ambreen's relationship starts to fall apart when Moonis's family refuses to accept Ambreen. However, Moonis stands up for her wife in front of his family. Will the four of them able to save their relationships or will they fall prey to their family politics?
