Storyline

A rebellion and a rebirth through the genius and desire for redemption of a woman who emigrated from southern Italy, a frustrated wife and employee of a town in the Milanese hinterland and a group of his family, friends and colleagues, all outsiders looking for an opportunity to get out of the anonymity of a peripheral life. Together they set up the most ingenious Lotto scam ever conceived, the most popular dream of Italians and a pillar of state finances. And between successes and disappointments, wishes fulfilled and dreams shattered, they will have to contend with the ferocious and dangerous greed of organized crime and with the investigative intuition of a pair of police officers who will try to stop them.
