Storyline

Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss ... except Buddy Valastro moves from the bakery to the kitchen in this daytime cooking series. The famous "Cake Boss," who also is a passionate home cook, opens the Valastro recipe box and demonstrates how he creates some of their favorite Italian dishes. With the help of friends and family members, Buddy cooks everything from his grandmother's pasta recipes to sides and everyday desserts that make dinner at the Valastros a family event.
