Storyline

A podcast where I talk about the things in my life that aren't all that normal... My name is Casey, I'm 26 years old and I was raised in a narcissistic family. After realizing my trauma in my early twenties, it became clear to me how many unhealthy behaviors I had grown accustomed to and unknowingly integrated into my own life. Through research and reflection, I've embarked on my very own healing journey, and have since been inspired to share what I've learned along the way. Understanding the emotional abuse and manipulation that is endured by the survivors of narcissistic relationships can be a confusing and, at times, isolating process. I am determined to expose narcissism and create a safe space for us to share our experiences and start to heal together.
