Hoff The Record

Storyline

Shot in the style of a documentary, this semi-improvised comedy follows a fictionalized version of David Hasselhoff as he tries to revive his career in the U.K. The international TV hero of "Knight Rider" and "Baywatch" fame is followed 30 years after a series of unsuccessful marriages and bad career choices. When the Hoff is offered a part in a U.K. movie, he gets the low-budget treatment when he arrives on set. After a series of clashes with the crew, the actor leaves the movie project to pursue something more worthwhile.
