Great Gift (グレイトギフト)

Storyline

The setting is a university hospital. Gift, an unknown killer coccus, is discovered by pathologist Tatsuomi Fujimaki (Sorimachi) after the suspicious death of a patient. Once this coccus enters the body, the patient will soon die. After that, the cocci completely disappeared (!), and the cause of death could only be diagnosed as acute heart failure... Yes, it was the most horrifying cocci that could possibly commit the perfect crime of murder!
