Storyline

Every town has their ghost stories. From the creepy house on the hill to the urban legend of the woman in white... A paranormal team from Northeast Pennsylvania, started by and includes many family members, seek out claims of ghosts, monsters, demons and poltergeists. Through use of history, equipment and senses, they investigate these claims intent on getting to the truth. While working full-time, the team founder and leader builds his own equipment for the team to use along with use of equipment already well known in the field along with keeping up with daily demands. The team's co-founder, the daughter of the leader, balances daily life along with lining up locations, accommodations, contacting the media and other aspects of marketing. She is also an investigator. There is a unique dynamic to the team consisting of members from all backgrounds who bring their own strengths weekly to the show, including a demonologist, archaeologist and case workers in the justice system. Many members have some level of sensitivity to the paranormal as well. The team members hold many different religious views and beliefs so they are able to approach a situation with many theories the all may or may not agree on. Each episode brings new adventures and paranormal stories. The team works with many guest stars as well as local teams familiar with a specific location.
