Storyline

There's no shortage of attractive people in Miami, but some of them needed some artificial help to get that way, and many of those folks probably went to Dr. Michael Salzhauer. He is such a prolific plastic surgeon around the city that he has earned the nickname Dr. Miami. The surgeon has even gained a worldwide following by sharing the uncensored, and sometimes unconventional, procedures that he performs on his patients, who he calls "beauty warriors." Whether it's a tummy tuck, a breast augmentation or a nose job, Dr. Miami isn't afraid to livestream it on social media, which is the job of social media coordinators Brittany and Ashley -- who are always vying for the doctor's attention. Dr. Miami's sister-in-law Rosy runs the practice as its COO, and her responsibilities include being the unofficial staff therapist.
