About this title

Storyline

Donny hosts a daytime talk show, on which he appears to live a perfect life. In his off-camera life, though, things don't go so smoothly for Donny. The single father faces his biggest obstacles in the dating world. This sitcom takes a look at such topics as wealth, the media, and modern romance through the eyes of Donny, a character based on the life of former CNBC host and ad-agency executive Donny Deutsch, who plays the title character. In a nod to his advertising days, Deutsch breaks the proverbial fourth wall in each episode to plug a sponsor's product.
