Storyline

Young East German Michael lives and works at an international hotel in East Berlin. He longs to go abroad and experience Western culture, but is denied to travel. One day Young Danish Morten visits the hotel and leaves his passport in the reception. The two boys look similar, and Michael sees an opportunity to leave East Germany.
