What makes an athlete step into a cage, onto a mat, into an octagon, or into a boxing ring, with the sole purpose of trying to knock out or submit the person across from them? What kind of lives do they lead? We spend one day with the fighter and follow them through their everyday life. Peel back the curtain and find out the goals and challenges of a fighter's everyday life, and how it's not much different than yours.
