About this title
Storyline
BET is back delivering the laughs on "ComicView." The program began on the network in 1992 as a platform for comics from across the country to strut their humorous stuff on stage. That opportunity ended up being a steppingstone for such artists as Rickey Smiley, J.B. Smoove, Cedric the Entertainer and D.L. Hughley. After a six-year hiatus, "ComicView" returns with acts -- both established and up and coming -- introduced by veteran funny lady Sommore, who was the first woman to host the show in its original incarnation.
