Storyline

Mad scientific genius Caractus P. Doom, with the help of a series of fiendish inventions and his reluctant lackey Harry Slime, is bent on total domination of Big City and the entire planet. His only obstacle is a gang of three motorbike-riding Avenger Penguins, consisting of the leader Marlon and his two friends, big dim-witted Rocky and incomprehensible babbler Bluey.
