Storyline

Former musician and stand-up comedian Troy Dillinger hosts the best comedy, music and burlesque from Austin, Texas and closes the show with an audience participation game show. In season 3, the show includes a behind-the-scenes drama about the trials and tribulations of making a live television show, as well as the shortcomings of it's host and producer Troy Dillinger. Dillinger is on a mission to share the best entertainment from Austin with the rest of the world on The Austin Variety Show, both in its variety and reality formats. With no experience and no budget, he's the show's biggest supporter - and it's biggest liability.
