Storyline

Former sea captain Christophor Bonifatievich Vrungel is offered to participate in the international sailing regatta for single-yacht yachts around the world, arranged by a foreign yacht club. He agrees and with the help of his assistant and student Loma builds a yacht called "Victory". Meanwhile, in the Royal Museum of Art of the city, where the regatta, watchman and gambler Fuchs on behalf of Archibald Dandy, the speaker of the yacht club and at the same time chief of the gangsters, steals the statue of Venus, hidden in a case from a double bass.
