About this title
Storyline
This TV drama version of "Ichi rittoru no namida" tells the story of 15-year-old Ikeuchi Aya, an ordinary girl and a new highschool student. But soon she discovers she has spinocerebellar degeneration, an incurable disease that affects the cerebellum of the brain. Based on a true story, Aya lived her life to the fullest until her death at 25. From seeing the strong earnest wish of Aya's wish "to live", the drama delivers the message: "Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing."
