Storyline

A 40-year-old mother and wife decides to make a twist in her life and go into college. This is the main plot of Freshman Mama, Canal 13's new series which makes reference to the ritual that welcomes the freshman students at under graduates' schools. In this fresh comedy, Macarena Muñoz is a happy married woman with three teenage children. On a family vacation at the Caribbean she goes through a life-changing experience that pushes her to accomplish an unfulfilled dream. Macarena's new freshman college status will force her to interact with a whole new generation. But she will also have to face an important and unresolved issue from her past when she runs into her first love, who is now her psychology professor.
