Storyline

The show focuses on the world of actors 'filled with lies' through the residents of Cihangir which is one of the most cosmopolite neighbourhoods in Istanbul. The first few episodes are mostly about the culture and generation differences between two neighbour families, actors taking part in a second quality tv series and a traditional Turkish family. Later in the series, the complicated and funny relationships between the whole neighbourhood are shown. The show portrays the very common east vs west and tradition vs modernity conflicts in Turkey in an entertaining and sincere way.
