Storyline

Changwu is a small city in China. Due to its lack of supervision, the Zhaos, one of the richest local families quickly controlled the city. They even put part of the government under their surveillance. Chang Zheng is one of the few good cops. His father was also an officer. Chang believed that the Zhaos has something to do with his death. So he devoted himself on destroying the Zhaos. When Zhao Pengxiang who is the second youngest son of Zhaos murdered his enemy on business, the fortress of Zhaos begins to collapse.
