Storyline

It wasn't that long ago when teenager Christina Oliva launched her hair extension company out of her parents' garage on Staten Island, N.Y. Now she's ready to weave her way to the top of the profession. This series follows Christina as she builds her brand by opening a salon in the heart of Manhattan. She quickly finds out it's a cutthroat business environment, a world away from her comfortable community at home. Christina's tight-knit Italian-American family helps her face challenges, including balancing business and personal issues, financial worries and employee relationships. Among those in her trusted inner circle are sister Victoria and cousin Anthony.
