Storyline

A creepy, vintage commercial for an old restaurant, "Chimpy Chippa's", was banned from airing on television due to its disturbing visuals scaring children. The animatronic puppet Chimpy Chippa was scrapped and placed into storage. All copies of the commercial were destroyed in the 80's, however the video anonymously surfaced on the internet many years later.
